How are charges calculated?
For guest users, we charge ₹20 per hour (rounded up). If you have an active Monthly or Annual membership, parking is completely covered with no additional charges during your membership period.
What if I forgot my card or phone?
You can pay using any of the supported methods: contactless card, UPI, or GPay. If you have an active membership, no payment is required at exit.
Where are my photos stored?
Entry and exit photos are securely stored for at least 3 months for security and billing purposes. You can view them in your dashboard.
Can I use this for multiple vehicles?
Currently, each membership is linked to one number plate. Contact support if you need to register multiple vehicles.
What happens if the camera doesn't read my plate?
Our system is designed to handle various plate formats. If there's an issue, our staff at the exit kiosk can manually process your payment.
